Corrective Exercise
A Corrective Exercise programme at New You involves four
stages - coaching you to take control and understand your own body.

Stage 1: Consultation and assessment
This will involve a discussion of your medical and lifestyle history, as
well as your goals and aspirations of undertaking an exercise programme with
us. This is followed by a thorough assessment of your posture and abdominal
function (core), which involves a movement analysis and a series of
orthopaedic measurements.

Stage 2: Programme design
Your corrective exercise coach will collate all of the information gathered
during Stage 1 to design an individual programme, personalised to your
specific needs. This programme will be updated every 4-6 weeks in order to
progress you to your goals.

Stage 3: Coaching
We will coach you through your programme, ensuring that you master the
correct technique, which is essential for optimal results.

Stage 4: Re-assessment
Re-assessment occurs every 12-16 weeks, in order to monitor your progress.

different locations within Kent. These are Sevenoaks, Hildenborough and
Bromley.
