I have found Dan’s corrective exercise programme to be clear and workable. We first spent some time together looking closely at my diet and within one week of making sensible changes, I felt a big difference - more energy and more balance to my day, and a much better night's sleep.

I have attended personal training sessions with Dan Tiley for the past three years for the purpose of improving my general fitness, which had deteriorated in a high pressure and sedentary job. I’ve been seeing Dan now for 4 years. I’m a very busy man, but try and find time to keep myself fit and in good health. I meet Dan every week to progress me through general strengthening and conditioning programme, with emphasis on skiing and cycling. My cycling has been transformed recently when Dan detected I had a neck malignment and referred me to a neck specialist.
